Shelbie King Hall's location makes it the center of the University of Alabama in Huntsville's first impressions from the interstate. The landscape facelift provided a better first impression and helped pull this building into the overall campus fabric.
Bostick Landscape Architects (BLA) pruned several large trees to open up the site's views and allow sunlight for sod. BLA installed a new irrigation system to help maintain the landscape. A smart controller allows the maintenance team to monitor the system without consistently being on site.
