A new development at one of Huntsville’s upscale retail projects, the Watermark Apartments at Bridge Street provide residents with excellent amenities. There is something for everyone, from a clubhouse area adjacent to the pool to grills and fire pits. Bostick Landscape Architects (BLA) designed the pool, a grilling area with an outdoor bar, pergolas, shade structures, and cabanas.
Inside the courtyards, residents can enjoy a fire pit, water feature, or a game yard with various outdoor games. BLA provided a more contemporary design for the fencing separating the pool and in the courtyard. The fencing in the courtyards creates individual areas for contemplation and relaxation. BLA designed and detailed the sign to fit in with the building architecture.
The landscape architecture allows residents to enjoy their surroundings year-round with lush grasses, perennials, and blooming shrubs.
